60 minute sessions are good for:

  • Spot specific deep therapeutic work.

  • A gentle full body relaxation massage.

  • Prenatal Massage

  • Postpartum Massage


90 minute sessions are good for:

  • Deep focused work in a couple areas. i.e. neck & low back, or chronic shoulder tension & knee injury.

  • Light relaxation massage, with 1 area of deep focused work.


120 min (2 hr) sessions are good for:

  • Full body Thai massage. This allows time to work into the layers of the body while giving some space for detailed attention in areas that need more work.


180 min (3 hr) sessions are good for:

  • Full body Thai massage with deep focused work. This allows time to work into the layers of the body while giving space to do deep detailed work on areas of acute or chronic pain from injuries or postural habits.

  • Thai Abdominal Massage. This type of work is slow, deep and utilizes acupressure points throughout the abdomen and related areas of the body to treat specific conditions.
